CAN I BRING MY DOG?
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets, although we hope to in the future.
What makes US different?
Zip Lining is all about gravity and elevations! Since Florida is mostly flat, other zip lines may require quite a lot of stair climbing to begin their course, and throughout their course, in order for participants to gain elevation. Comparatively, we have very little stair climbing and we zip from tree to tree and tree to cliff, etc. The only exception to this is our Sky High tour that requires stair climbing at the beginning of the tour only. Because of our natural elevations, we have the longest, highest and fastest zips on our courses than any other in the state!
What are the hours of operation?
The last tour of the day usually leaves around 3:30 or 4:00 p.m. Please click on “Book Now” to view tour time schedules as they change daily. Office staff hours are from 9:00 to 5:00 daily, but this also fluctuates throughout the year. Feel free to give us a call for all the latest updates (352-351-9477 option 1). We’d love to hear from you!
Reservations required, walk-ins accepted but subject to availability?
Often times guests walk expecting to be able to ride at the next tour time, only to find out that the tour is sold out and the next available tour is hours away or not available at all! To avoid upset and disappointment (both yours and ours!) it's best to make a reservation.
I will be attending with minor children (under the age of 18), and I am not their parent/guardian. What information do I need to bring?
If minors will be attending, a parent or guardian must sign the Minor Participant Agreement Form. If the parent is not present please bring the minor form, signed by the parent/guardian along with a copy of the parent/guardian's driver's license or other photo i.d. that contains a signature. Forms can be found HERE You may black out the driver’s license number.
Do you require a gratuity (tip) for the guides?
Tips are not required, but they are greatly appreciated!
What do I wear to zip line and must I tie my hair back?
Wear comfortable clothing. Short shorts should be avoided. Long hair should be tied back in a low pony tail (close to the neck). Hanging jewelry should be avoided.
What do I wear to go zip lining or horseback riding?
Closed heel, closed toe shoes are a requirement to zip line or horseback ride. Please don’t wear shoes that can be easily slipped off. Dress in clothing that is weather appropriate. Short shorts should be avoided as the harness straps may irritate bare skin. Long hair should be tied in a ponytail close to the neck. Very long hair should be braided.
My child is 9 years old but weighs over 70 lbs. Can he zip line?
We require a minimum weight of 70 lbs. and suggest that the child be 10 years of age (to be sure they have good motor skills and coordination to manipulate themselves along the zip cable should it be necessary).
I am scared of heights but I really want to try it. Can I get my money back if I decide to quit?
If you decide not to zip due to fear, you will be issued a rain check good for 6 months and is transferable. However, once the course has begun, guests who decide to cut their tour short will not be issued a refund or a rain check and may not reschedule.
What if I can’t make it to my tour, can I cancel or reschedule?
If you would like to cancel or reschedule you may do so up to 72 hours prior to your tour. We do not accept cancelations or rescheduling within 72 hours of the tour. However, the ticket is transferable.
What if it rains?
Tours will be running rain or shine. We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to dangerous weather or unforeseen conditions. If we must cancel a tour prior to the start of the tour, due to dangerous weather or any other unforeseen occurrence, we will either issue you a rain check or a full refund. However, if dangerous weather conditions interrupt your tour in progress, we do not offer a refund. We will make a reasonable effort to wait for the storm to pass and enable you to continue with your experience. Unfortunately, we have no control over the weather. Feel free to call if you have questions 352-351-9477 option 1.
What happens if I’m late for my tour?
Guides must start their tours on schedule and there is no room for error. We ask that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time to get checked in and ready for the tour. Unfortunately, we cannot hold tours for late arrivals as it causes a “domino effect” on other tours and an inconvenience for other guests who did arrive on time. Also, there would be no time for us to attempt to resell the seats. Therefore, if you are late for your tour you will not receive a refund nor will you be able to catch up with your tour.
What is a rappel?
Our rappel is a lower off from the final zip line platform. It’s unique and adds a little spice to the whole experience! Click Here for Pictures
Are the rope bridges both the same length on the Express tour and the Full Tour?
We have two rope bridges that are 200’ and 60’ in length. Both are included with the full tour and the 60’ is included with the Express tour.
A member of my party has decided to back out, but I’ve already made my reservation.
can I have someone else go in their place?
Absolutely! If you can let us know at least 24 hours in advance, that would be beneficial, but if not, we’ll be happy to meet your guest on the day of the tour.
My child is under the minimum weight, can we ride tandem (together)?
Unfortunately, no, we cannot ride tandem on our zip lines.
Is it ok to wear crocs for our adventure?
